Insurance plans we accept means we are contracted and the insurance fee schedules will apply to services rendered that fall under the contracted fee schedule.
Ex: United Healthcare is not in network with their plans PPO or HMO, but we are contracted under a secondary plan (ex. Connection or Guardian), which means we now are obligated to accept them under the umbrella plan fee schedule.
