Financial Information

Dental disease is often progressive, time may be of the essence in beginning treatment. Consider your treatment as an investment in your health and smile. We understand that financial considerations should not be an obstacle in obtaining the proper care that you need. However, sometimes finances will affect your decision to prolong waiting on treatment which may put your health more at risk. Our lovely staff will be more than happy to assist you in options to help your care be more affordable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment in full is expected at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been made with our practice administrators. We gladly accept: Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover

We have partnered with two companies, Care Credit and Citi-financial, who offer low monthly payments for patients who choose to finance their dental treatment. Options provided by these companies include a 12month no interest installment plan and various extended plans that provide affordable payments. The application process is simple and completed on line. In most cases, they'll have the answer within minutes.

INSURANCE

You will be responsible for payment of the estimated balance not covered by your primary insurance (your co-pay) at the time treatment is rendered. If financial arrangements for the patient’s portion of the fee are necessary, they must be arranged prior to treatment. After 60 days, any unpaid balance not covered by your insurance company (including delays in insurance company payment/processing) will be billed to you and payment expected at that time. Please speak with our practice administrators if you have any further questions or concerns. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
